Elena and Núria are responsible for supporting veterinary centers, informing them about our services, implementing identification protocols, traceability control, implementing IT tools and addressing any incidents that may arise.

Toni is responsible for the commercial and marketing area. He coordinates the support tasks for veterinary clinics, one of which is the training program aimed at clinic staff to improve customer service in delicate moments such as the death of the animal.
