Tanatori de Mascotes team is prepared to offer a quality and respectful service in each phase of the process of incineration of companion animals.

The motivation and awareness of the human team aims to give a respectful and dignified treatment to pets, as well as facilitate all the procedures at a time as delicate as the loss of what is considered one more of the family.

Administrative and customer service area

The customer service team consists of Maria, Silvia, and Nuria. They accompany the customer in the incineration process from collection to the veterinary clinic to the end of the process. They are prepared to resolve any doubts that may arise and facilitate communication with the clinic and the owner.


Oana takes care of document management and procedures with the administration.


Gloria is responsible of the Administrative and Accounting Department.

Thanatopraxy Service

Its function is to prepare pets so that the  owners find the animal in the best possible condition. They use innovative techniques and products to preserve and improve the condition of the animal in each special circumstance. Marta, Montse and Desirée also attend to the families who come to say goodbye to their pet in the different crematories.


Marta is also responsible for the Barcelona Crematory.

Transfer to the different Crematories

Oscar, Llorenç, Carlos, Ismi, Sam, Jarika, Kiko and Damià take care of the transfer of the animal from the clinic or home to the funeral home and then  the delivery of the ashes.


Ismael, as logistics and operational director, is responsible for the coordination of all of them.

He is also responsible for the Vallés Cremnatory (Mascarol).

Plant Technicians

Alberto and Jaume are the technicians in charge of the incineration operation in Mascarol.


Miquel is also the technical manager of the Girona Funeral Home (Riudarenes).

Veterinarian support

Silvia and Noel, are in charge of the attention to the veterinary clinics.  They are responsible for supporting veterinary centers, informing about our services, the implementation of identification protocols, traceability control, and attending to any incident that may exist. 

Toni is responsible for the commercial and marketing area.   He coordinates the tasks of support to the veterinary clinics, one of which is the training program aimed at the staff of the clinics to improve customer care in delicate moments such as the death of the animal.

Managing Directors

Isabel and Joan are the owner-managers of the company.

Isabel heads the operational-logistics area and Joan the financial area.
